Refund Policy
Exchanges:
We offer size exchanges within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. A nominal charge will be applied to cover shipping and operational costs. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [street.se7enth@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for exchange.
In case of exchange/replacement, the product will be delivered within 7-10 days post verification of the claim and confirmation of product condition after return at the warehouse.
Order Cancellation & Size Exchange Policy:
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size, please email our support team as soon as possible to request a size exchange. If your order has already been dispatched, you may place a request for a size exchange after receiving the product.
Size exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order. Please note that a nominal courier handling fee will apply for all exchange requests.
Defective/Wrong items:
- Returns and replacements are only provided in case of the customer receiving a faulty or defective product. All items are inspected thoroughly before a return/exchange is processed. Items found worn/used will be rejected and returned back to you. If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 24 hours of receipt, as we cannot assist you after that time frame. We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchases. Refund timeline:
The refund will be credited within 7 business days to the original source of payment, dependent upon confirmation and verification of the claim.
