4. Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery times are:
- All over India: 10-12 working days.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, strikes, extreme weather).
- Once an order is shipped, Se7enth Street is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges:

Only accepted for damaged or defective products.
Size exchanges are allowed for a minimal fee(customers should refer to the size chart before ordering).
Customers must initiate a return request within 7 Days of receiving the order (only if product is damaged or defective).

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
In case of exchanges, the new product will be delivered within 7-10 days post verification of claim and the returned product at the warehouse.
